Why would you need a coach?
The coach will help an individual or a team by accompanying them so that they can learn how to develop their strengths and potentials, make their learning easier, gain in self confidence, go beyond mental blockages and reach their goals more rapidly.
Initially developed in the sport field in order to improve athletes results, coaching has then been transposed and adapted during the past years to individuals and companies to help them enhancing their performances.
Our Coach
Marie-Laure Ferretti’s energy and charisma have enabled her to develop in the role of an Executive for more than 20 years within international companies in the private banking, private aviation, luxury and import-export business industries.
Fascinated by human beings, she is the living proof of everyone's potential development. In 2007, she decided to combine her professional experiences and competences acquired within international companies and private banking with a high quality training. She started studying coaching and NLP with the two main institutes in Geneva, officially recognized by the International Coaching Federation: IDC and BrieF’R.
Certified Professional Coach, Marie-Laure is currently preparing a Master in coaching. She speaks French, English and Italian.
Managers and employees she has been coaching have appreciated her positive enthusiasm, respect and strict confidentiality but also her sense of humor and flexibility.
She also takes into consideration the company and employee’s culture and follows a strict code of ethics in line with the International Coaching Federation’s one.

iWAMTM Test For Candidates
iWAM means “Inventory for Work Attitude & Motivation”
This tool will help us identify what is deeply and truly motivating for you, what are your strengths and your development points. It will also help to determine how long it will take before you naturally look for a new challenge career wise and reveal the professional fields which will suit you best.
The online test will take you 20 to 40 minutes to complete.
During the coaching sessions, our coach, certified with this tool, will analyze and validate the results with you. You will then work in partnership on the possible improvements needed or development points.

Coaching for Leaders

Our coach’s role is to question, energize, unburden, facilitate search for meaning and consistency within the company’s vision and therefore regenerate the Leader’s ability to choose, decide and act towards his company success.
Individual coaching sessions can take place face to face at our or your company’s office.
Alternatively for Leaders who are frequently travelling and whose work load is high, some sessions can be set up by phone.
Our coach services will be detailed in a contract at the beginning of the assignment, this contract will have to be signed by the Manager, the HR training responsible person and the coached employee or by the Leader himself if he is the only decision maker.

iWAMTM TEST FOR COMPANIES
Definition
iWAM means “Inventory for Work Attitude & Motivation”
Use
This tool will help us identify what is a true and long term motivation for a person, what are his/her work attitudes, preferences in term of organization, what language he/she is more receptive to and how he/she prefers to act in his/her work environment.
The iWAM test will help a corporation identifying the different schemes of an individual in order to evaluate his/her potential and his adequacy to a position.
Consequently, it might assist an organization optimizing the use of the human potential within its employees.
This test can also be used for Human Resources who would like to make a diagnosis, on one hand of the company culture and on the other to select the profiles which would suit best. This will also facilitate common identity and cohesion, help to deal with conflicts and avoid turn-over.
Who is the iWAM test aimed at ?
iWAM has been developed to be used by every employee (even Managers) regardless of their position.
How to perform the test ?
The online test will take from 20 to 40 minutes and is available in 15 languages.
Our coach has been certified with this program and will analyze and discuss the results with the coachee. During the future sessions the coach will work on improving the points where challenges have been identified.
Reliability
Based on the iWAM feed-back form, around 90% of the tested persons agree with the results provided by the test. A more detailed study revealed that half of the people who disagreed did so because they didn’t like the “verdict” even if they admitted that the description turned out to be accurate
In a « test-retest » validation type, the iWAM questionnaire done for a second time after about a month period (on average), showed almost the same results than the first on.
